Terms and conditions

1. Overview

Royal Beauty Concierge (“RBC”, “we”, “our”) provides medical travel coordination services for clients seeking procedures in Bangkok, Thailand.

RBC is not a hospital and does not perform medical procedures.
All surgeries are performed by independent, board-certified plastic surgeons at licensed hospitals.

2. Scope of Services

RBC provides coordination services including:

  • Surgeon matching and case review coordination
  • Pre-travel communication and planning
  • Surgery scheduling
  • In-country coordination and support
  • Post-operative follow-up coordination

RBC does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

3. Medical Responsibility

All medical decisions are made by the treating surgeon, including:

  • Suitability for surgery
  • Surgical technique
  • Risks, complications and outcomes
  • Post-operative care instructions

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You enter into a direct medical relationship with the surgeon and hospital
  • RBC is not responsible for medical outcomes or clinical decisions

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices shown (e.g. “Starting from 90,000 THB”) are indicative only
  • Final pricing depends on medical assessment and surgical complexity
Payment Structure
  • Payments for deposit, surgery, and recovery services (including accommodation) are generally made to RBC
  • In certain cases, clients may be required to pay directly to the hospital, particularly for:
    • Surgery deposit
    • Surgical fees

Clients will be clearly informed of the payment structure before confirmation.

RBC does not apply hidden markups to medical fees.

5. Deposits & Booking Policy

  • A deposit is required to secure surgery dates and arrangements
  • All deposits are non-refundable
Exception (Medical Clearance)

A partial refund may be considered only if:

  • A licensed medical doctor (GP) confirms the client is not medically fit for surgery, and
  • This is supported by appropriate medical documentation

In such cases, administrative and processing fees will be deducted.

6. Cancellations & Changes

  • Deposits are non-refundable in all cancellation cases
  • Changes to scheduled procedures must be requested at least 30 days in advance
  • Rescheduling is subject to surgeon availability

Late changes may result in:

  • Loss of deposit
  • Additional fees

7. Travel & Accommodation

  • RBC may assist with coordination but does not control travel providers
  • Clients are responsible for:
    • Flights
    • Visas
    • Travel insurance

RBC is not liable for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Immigration issues
  • Travel disruptions

8. Risks & Complications

All surgical procedures carry risks.

By proceeding, you acknowledge:

  • Results cannot be guaranteed
  • Complications may occur
  • Recovery timelines vary by individual

Additional treatments, if required, may involve additional costs.

9. Fitness for Surgery

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate medical history
  • Disclose medications and conditions
  • Follow all pre-operative instructions

Failure to comply may:

  • Increase risk
  • Affect surgical outcomes
  • Result in cancellation of surgery without refund

10. Post-Operative Responsibility

After returning home:

Clients are responsible for:

  • Following all post-operative instructions strictly
  • Attending follow-up care locally if required
  • Monitoring their recovery condition
RBC Follow-Up Support

RBC provides structured follow-up support:

  • Online follow-up at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months
  • Ongoing communication support with the surgeon when needed

RBC support does not replace local medical care.

11. Complications & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RBC shall not be liable for:

  • Surgical results or dissatisfaction
  • Delays or disruptions outside our control
  • Indirect or consequential losses
Complication Support

In the event of complications:

  • RBC will actively assist in coordinating communication and corrective care
  • Further treatment support will depend on:
    • Medical assessment
    • Determination of cause

If a complication is confirmed to result from surgical factors (not patient non-compliance), RBC will assist in facilitating appropriate resolution with the surgeon and hospital.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases:

  • If a client books multiple procedures and decides before surgery not to proceed with one or more procedures

In such cases:

  • Refunds may be issued for the unused procedure(s)
  • Administrative and service fees will be deducted

Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method.

13. Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information is treated confidentially and used only for:

  • Medical coordination
  • Communication with surgeons and hospitals

Information is not shared beyond what is necessary for service delivery.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Any disputes shall be subject to Thai jurisdiction.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry or proceeding with RBC services, you confirm that:

  • You understand and accept these Terms & Conditions
  • You acknowledge the role of RBC as a coordination service
  • You understand the risks associated with surgery
